Some of the weather idgits are saying we might have four days without rain. You hearing any similar good news? If it is dry enough I might take some down tomorrow. That is if the forecast doesn't change again.

50/50 chance here. It'll rain or it won't.
I have very little faith left in the weather guessers. LOL
I wish you the best of luck getting your hay in though!

Iowa was supposed to have a week of dry, one day and they are now calling for rain the rest of the week.

The ground is to soft right now to get MOCO on without leaving deep ruts.

Most of the time it seems if there is a 80-100 percent chance...it doesn't rain..if its 20-30 percent it rains an inch....maybe...but then again lol...

It's been 116 days without rain here in the desert. If the monsoons doesn't start soon, we will set a new record of days without rain.

I'm with you Dave, planning on dropping the first 20 acres or so tomorrow, hope like heck the weather does not change and I can get it baled by Sunday. Crazy this being the first real chance I have had to cut. Being on all clay, I could not cut earlier this month like some of my neighbors to the west did. Good luck to us all that do cut!!!

Looking clear until late sunday here in northern MI. Been waiting for a window to get the hay down. Keeping my fingers crossed!

I'm gonna cut today, even though it's humid and overcast. Sounds like the chance of rain for Saturday is increasing, but what are you gonna do? Can't bale it if it's standing.

Darn it, now they are changing it again, I think I'm still going to cut some, not likely much, I still need to make that First trip to the field with my new to me NH 855, hopefully it works well, I am nervous about making sure I watch it closely, first time with one that auto wraps and I do not have an alarm box.... that reminds me, in need to stock up on shear bolts....

I'm going to wait until tomorrow. Then look at the forecast again. No use cutting it when there's no drying taking place. Weatherman said most likely for showers is Stanton and Greenville on the noon weather. Wife is at the 4-H fair in Greenville rrlund is just east of Greenville - I'm north of Stanton.

Randy, you listening?
