tile installation .40 a foot is good then?

77 cents a foot ain"t bad.

I assume he has laser depth control.

Wonder if would come lay in Iowa.

I think I was quoted $1.10 per ft. But with the Tees, connectors, risers & steel drain pipes. It worked out to $1.17 per ft. That was laser depth controlled & GPSed with a map for exact location.

Is that 4" perf? How deep? I put in 40,000' a few years back and paid .50 for just the pipe...and I know the price has gone up.

Good deal in my mind. Let us know how it works out.

Northeast iowa by cresco we are at mid to upper .60 per foot. This is gps spacings and grade. Tees, endcaps, outlet pipes extra.Gives about a 10% discount if paid in 30 days.Put in close to 4,000,000 ft. last year with all the ground that sat idle. There would be no money to be made at.40. We get about 500,000 ft in at a time so sure there's a discount on that price.

That seems too cheap. The pipe is over 50 cents a foot here. It usually runs around a $1.00-1.10 a foot installed. Half payment when they deliver the pipe then the balance when installed.

I would check the pipe out real close for 37 cents a foot. It maybe real thin. Also if he is not using laser and GPS it would be cheaper.

I prefer trenched tile over plowed tile too. I have had plowed tile not drain well due to smeared sidewalls. Plus it is hard to keep a plow at depth in a tough spot.

That's a good deal. Around a buck a foot is an average price, little added for connections and backhoe.

This company can do it all, from building the pipe, to putting it in the ground. They have at least three plants,IL,IA and GA.
