we added a second scv on the right side. It came with adapter plate. After installing it worked the cylinder fine. Then when we raised the 3 point arms it cracked the housing! As it was used, there were no instructions. Were we supposed to do anything other than remove original cover and install adapter plate? Any help would be appreciated. Mike
