I have a cross three spool valve for my batwing cutter
how can I make one of the spools double acting so it
has pressure on up and down

Show me a picture of the valve, do you have plugs in the top that you are not using. You are probably trying to solve the problem of the wings not going down which is caused by twisted drive lines. Fix the drive lines and you want need two way cylinders.

Thanks for the reply the batwing works good I just wanted to be able to hook a different cylinder into it on a plow and needed a two way valve

So is this valve mounted separate on the cutter or on you tractor? If it has plugs opposite the working lines now it may already be a two way valve.

It is mounted on the tractor and I just wanted to use the middle one for a two valve but cant get pressure out of just one port but I thought that you could adjust it for a two wayvalve

No if you do not have a plug opposite the working hose now you cannot make it two way.
