Claas 1100 baler?

Does anyone have any experience with a claas 1100 baler? Are they reliable? How heavy of a bale will they make? How big of a tractor does it take to pull them? Thanks,
Josh

no experience with a Claas square baler (quadrant), but experience with round balers... I'd guesstimate you would need a minimum of 120hp, and if you have hills, more would be better... had a look and book says 80hp min... the baler empty weighs 7 and a bit thousand pounds... i have been told to check bearings on the ram, both the bearings it runs on and the ones in the crank arm (which have been updated - new bearings do not fit in old style arm). Claas stuff is usually build heavy and they tend to be reliable
