case 1845c skid steer

I have a Case 1845c skid steer that with the engine off allows hyd. pressure to lower the lif arms and tilt to go down and lift and hold the front off the ground. What could be the problem?

I have an older 1845 that did the same thing. Never could figure it out. After doing it for about 2 years it suddenly stopped doing it. The 1845 did not have a counter weight on the back either.

My 1845c does the same thing when I have the auger on front and lift arms are left higher than with the bucket or hay spear on .I have wondered how in the heck it happens.
