I am closing in on the fuel tables.

I ordered a small 12V solenoid and needle valve today, so I can fabricate the fast idle. I should be able to set fast idle by changing the needle valve.

Fast idle is done on EFI by creating a manifold leak, then compensating fuel for the change in manifold pressure.
 
I would think you would be better off with an idle air control.
More of an linear actuator that your computer can adjust versus a solenoid which will just give the option of on or off.
Maybe a trip to the junkyard if I recall some german imports had inline style idle air controls that might be easy to adapt.
 
I would love to, but the microsquirt does not support that, only on/off, and PWM, so it is a start.
