I have a dearborn double plow and i need new mold boards, there is a number stamped on the back of the moldboard itself # 101550. Model # on plow is 10- something it been rubed off, and the ser.# is 2787. Does anyone know were to get these moldboards.

Shares and moldboards are not available for the so-called prior (early) model Dearborn plows.

Shares, shins and moldboards are still available for the later model "economy" plows, with the possible exception of the 12" models.

Will need plow model number to be of more help.

Try Agri-Supply. They have most plow parts you will need. Might not hurt to know if it's a 12",14", or 16" plow. Measure the distance center to center of the plow beams to get this. Dearborn was Ford's brand name for implements.

Your plow is probably a 10-1A model. Messicks shows they can order them for $132.02 a piece. You might try Scott in PA. He comes on this board some but is more frequently found on the N Ford board. If anybody can find them he can. His email is [email protected]

I recently purchased a 10-1 dearborn plow. It had everything, new shears, 100% complete including a paint job for $300. So before I pay $132 x 2 I would look for a good used one. I found my in a person's yard.

I use mine for a yard ornament. Looks nice amount a bed of flowers.
