Direct Clutch has no pressure and Inlet to tork converter has 90lbs and should have 135lbs. What could be causing this? All other preassures on pump, tork converter and relief valves is all good.

Check with the guys on the crawler board on this site....lots of experience there. Also check out ibdozing and acmoc sites.

Mike---send me your e mail and i will send it to Bob and I am confident he will contact you!
He is top notch on this stuff!

Okay Mike, Have you checked the pump pressure at the filter housing with warm oil at high and low throttle and in all gears. Do this or post what results you got when doing it.
Later Bob

All test done cold:

Pump pressure – 360lbs
Speed Clutch pressure – 100lbs
Direction Clutch Primary pressure – 0lbs
Direction Clutch pressure – 0lbs
Transmission Lub Oil pressure - .5lbs
Outlet From Torque Converter pressure - 56lbs
Sequence Relief Valve pressure – 350lbs
Inlet Torque Converter pressure – 360lbs
Steering Clutch Piston pressure – Right- 240lbs, Left- 270lbs

We replaced seals in torque converter outlet.
Replaced deals in torque converter inlet.
Cleaned filters.
Replaced seals in steering clutch.
Fixed spring leak in corner on transmission with a new seal.

NOTE: On the torque converter and sequence relief valve there was no oil, but after cleaning, oil is now passing through these parts. The loader did move a little before we cleaned things up, now it will not move at all.
