Thanks for the link. I really enjoyed that.

I also got a kick out of seeing all those men dressed in suits, ties, and hats, The few ladies that I saw were also dressed up with hats on.

Today, people come to CHURCH in shorts and flip-flops. In no way would someone dress up for a plowing demonstration.

What a hoot.

Anybody else notice an issue with those Farmall A at about 3:30? Seems they are flipped.

Yes.The film must be flipped.Give a 'mirror' effect.Look at the signs.In fact everything is mirrored.

good history ,,, I noticed also those farmalls stalled a lot ,, lol ,,, yes the film is mirrored backwards ,, 1st clue for me was the dc case has rite side steering arm, ,.

Apparently this was VESHIA at ISU, I didn't see any rioters in the film. I need to look at it agin I think where plowing is now science labs north of the armory, or where the design college is west of the armory. Notice all the plows plowed left, and they crank started the tractors counter clock wise. Mike

It reminded me of the attire seen in the 1930s JD films....ag meetings, dealer lots, state fairs, etc., everyone dressed up. Also equipment demo films....guys in ties, top hats, etc.
