I just got a new To-30 in amazing shape but it doesn't have the fan shroud and it's overheating fast. I think this is the culprit. I am hoping someone could help me find one and fast! Thanks everyone.

Can"t help with the shroud, but also can"t imagine it causing rapid overheating. I would be looking for other issues like a plugged radiator or a loose belt.
