Air floors in grain bins.

I am thinking of buying an air floor for a 27ft Bin. The one I am looking at is from Golden Grain. It is the flat perforated floor. It is about half the cost of everybody else. I guess I am concerned I will get what I would pay for.
They also have bins in all the same common sizes just like the rest of the industry.
Has anybody got one, or been around one ? If so are they of good quality or should I run and don't look back?
 
I have several bins. Most with the floors that the air opening is stamped and the floor is not smooth. One bin has the holes leaving the floor smooth. It makes work easier .... scoops and brooms work better. I don't think there is any problem with Golden Grain products. Have heard of them and have seen their ads. They probably don't have as much overhead and advertising costs. I would buy from them.
 
Compare the Thickness of the flooring and the under floor supports with the higher priced floors. A floor with collapsed spots is not fun to clean out. Neighbor went with a bargain floor in two 36 foot bins. They collapsed after a few years of wet corn. He replaced the floors with another bargain brand and two years later he was replacing them again. A good floor will stand up understand wet 25 percent corn. Jim
 
Yes they are the smooth floor from what I understand.
I can believe that cleaning up after a floor collapsed would suck not to mention the work of changing it out.
From what I hear from Golden Grain they don't have dealers, like the big names so they can cut the over head. And that is why they are so cheap.

I like GSI floors that sweep better than anything I have ever delt with before. The worst were in 1970s Buter bins that were corrugated with round holes. Very hard to sweep without getting bristles caught in them.
