Hello
I have a 1963 Farmall 560 that has an issue with
sucking air into the fuel system. I have reseated
the fuel bowl, filters and bled the system twice.
It will run for several hours, then start surging
and die. Any ideas where I should look next?

First check the filler cap.It may be plugged,creating a vacume in the tank.When it dies,IMMEDIATLY check(simply remove the cap)
 
Also look for JUNK in the bottom of the tank. Over the years you could not believe what all i have found in the bottom of fuel tanks.
 
I found a nice 3/4 combo wrench in a D17 tank, years after I bought the tractor. Other stuff, not so good.
 
if its a diesel check your return line
the fitting in the bottom of the tank has a check
valve that will stick and the fuel pump wont push
mine did the same thing
next time it dies loosen the return line a little
and see if it runs
