Its spring time and our white vinyl siding gets its annual power washing. Does anybody else clean there house siding?

Yup with a little bleach to keep the mildew under control on the north side.

"rkh; did that last fall. Just the power of the pressure washer. Took it to some door trim that will need priming, and two coats of paint this spring.

I HIGHLEY recommend, "JO-MAX" found at Lowes/HomeDepot.. follow the directions and grab your sunglass"s cuz that white siding will blind you when your finished.. costs about 20.00 a gal.

We did wifes folks house 3 years ago. In some spots it had a lot of mold/mildew. We took a hand sprayer with bleach, let it work, sprayed off with hose. It still looks good.

I wash my house every couple of years with about 25 to 30 percent bleach solution in a pump up garden sprayer. I spray a large section and let it set for a few minutes and hose it off. After fifteen years it still looks new. TDF

I do it in the fall. I use washer to apply bleach. Sometimes I don't need to use washer after bleach dries. It usually takes me 7-10 days to clean all my siding.
