identify ford diesel forklift model

I have a ford powered forklift. It may have a 3 stage masterlift factory forklift on the large tire end. Here are the information specs I have. I have been trying to find the filter information and maintenance. I think the air filters are Wix 46534 and 42533.

On the mast of the forklift it has this 2705-2795-2748

On the instrument panel facing the back is a plate that says Masterlift
5450-2140STD The mast appears to be a 3 stage.
 
I forgot to give the info on tractor name plate
Under the hood the plates says Tractor # C654980
Model DD311F ON28B
Engine 0524A
Transmission OJ23B Rear axle OJ1S(5)B
The tires are 16.9 X 24 and 11LX 16
It has a 4 speed transmission with a forward back shuttle lever
I changed the fuel lines and fuel filters. It is a 3 cylinder. I still get air in the fuel lines. I think it is from the fuel filter underneath. I see some fuel leaking from the top

You must remove all the air in the fuel system for the engine to run. There is a plug on top of the filter assembly to remove any air that far. Make sure you turned the fuel back on! Then open the lines at the fuel injectors, with the throttle fully open and the shutdown in the run position, crank it over until you get fuel without any bubbles through to the injectors. Tighten the fittings back up and it should start. Fuel leaking at the top is probably from the return lines from the injectors. Fix them now, so you don't waste fuel.
Note: Lots of people tow them to start when they service the filter just so they don't have to mess with the fittings.
