JD 5020 w/Cummins 903 Repower Value?????

Hello,

I've got something that may or may not be unique and may or may not have added collector value. I know that a Kinze repower adds value. We called Kinze and they said they did not put cummins engines in 5020's. They put Detroits in them. After some internet searching I found a brochure from Cummins Mid-West Co., Inc. (no longer in business probably) that put the 903 in JD 5020's.

Does anybody know what something like this might be worth? If not, maybe a JD tractor appraiser that might have knowledge of repowers?

There not a bad motor, we have one in a 4900 Massey ferguson with twin turbos at over 400hp, we bought with 1500 hours a couple years old, still have it over 20 years later and over 5000 hours and never touched the motor, smoked as much when we got it as it still does, it's always smoking blueish white, but always has good power and its really loud.

They were a very common engine in 4 wheel drive tractors. Several different models and all the MF 4000 series used a version of the 903. I don't think they liked lots of idling but never heard they were a bad engine.
