nw alabama, the nighttime temperatures went from lows of mid 60's down to lower 40's. still it is starting to look like spring. taters, english peas, spinach and leaf lettuces are up. cabbage, broccoli and onions looking good. any body asparagus doing anything yet? believe the extreme cold this year killed some of mine as it is emerging a month later than last year.

Chilly here in N.Y. also. 34 degree's and snowing again! On Wednesday was 60 degrees and sunny. I'm at about 2000 ft. elevation and 20 minutes from Cooperstown N.Y. Looks nice there we are getting muddy with the frost coming out of the ground. Greg
