That upper one looks familiar. That just happened recently.
A tree guy saw kicked back and got him. VERY luck it missed the artery ! It was in PA.

I did trauma radiology and post mortem x-ray the first 10 years of my career. Just when you think you have seen everything something will just blow you away. Done lots of x-rays of impaled objects both accidental and on purpose. I now do MRIs. The trauma to childern became almost more than I could bear.

Railroad "X"ing. I would have liked to spend a day at this station in its hayday. Beckons to see where the tracks lead. Pictures from about 1970, station and tracks are long gone, in small town of Ohio City, Ohio.

Had to go into the archives for this one, lost some photos from '04 or still can't find them in my directory after a some sectors went bad in the previous PC, still have the drives too, PC tech was able to save all my information, but something appeared to be missing, anyway, I am glad I still have a few photos. Had a brand new, paint on the tracks, blade, 3hrs on it, D4G to do some work here, while both old D7's watched LOL. D7 on the right, has an XD7 LeTourneau dozer kit on it, thats the X part of it LOL ! included another one, grading that nice gravel I had delivered from a friends quarry, screened, nice stuff, held up 10 years now. And one more eXcavation job I did, small parking area, grading the top soil on the perimeter, checking grade, prior to paving etc.

I don't have a picture handy, but some early and middle 1960's GM full size cars had X-frames underneath them.

Yeah, this ocurred on Monday just north of Pittsburgh Pa. 22 year old guy was working for an urban tree service. Actually held the saw in his body with one hand while he climbed down out of the tree with the other. Surgeons disassembled saw before extracting the blade. Just missed his carotid artery.

Fence built for Alpacas. Keep guard dogs in and others out. Horse wire (Stable Mess), put on gates too. fence cost around $3.50 per foot. Built 18,000'.
