tire and wheel size

I have 13.6x28 tires on my 454 international. are the wheels 10,11 or 12"?

How can I tell? where to measure from? I need new rims does it matter? I can get a good deal on a pair of 11".

The way I understand it, you have 12" rims. If you get the 11" rims, you'll have to switch to 12.4-28 tires. I'm no expert, so this free advice is worth as much as you're paying for it.

Measure from inside the bead to inside the bead, it will usually be about an inch narrower than the overall width. A 13.6 tire would work on any of those rims ok, but will work just fine on the 11 inch.
