That was cold right out of the package. Just like bologna. They told him he was eating retired racehorse and smiled. They said no joke,it's horsemeat. He said it was good. They ate it on lingenberry bread.
 
I have a humors R story. back in 2000, my older brother and I, went down to a neighboring farmer- sawmill operator, to buy a 2 bottom JD plow. The very old farmer, showed us the plow, and I bought it. Bro Herb commented that JD's were good equipment, and 0ld Walt, asked him if he had ever saw a Nar. Herb said no, but sure like to see one. Walt took us over to a closed building and opened the door, on what I had expected, an R JD diesel. Walts eyes, were just sparkling with humor watching herbs face while he took in the knowledge, that he had been duped by Walt, and had also made a comment about never had seen a Nar, while we were walking to the shed. Some Old men have different senses of humor, but Walt throughly enjoied, his joke.

RTE can"t get out yet without help, RTI project with blade and backhoe, R4 Cat, Reservoir-NYC has a number in our area about 100 miles from the city looks like still be ice fishing(not allowed on reservoir) around here for opening day of trout season April first.

wow ! what a coincidence, DH went out and dug up some horse Radish today and is getting ready to make some horse Radish sauce so i can make some shrimp sauce to have with shrimp Monday.
