I received this in an email. I worked with a guy and he was telling about his wife mowing the grass in a halter and shorts and some driver wasn't watching the road and ran over their mail box. Hal

Yes,I still ride bicycle from time to time. But I sure dont look like that! I ride a motorcycle every day all summer irrigateing......

Reminds me of a true story where a neighbor kid was harrowing a field after seeding grain...right next to a more than endowed buxom lady. Dad asked the kid....why the tracks of the drag going through the ditch, up the bank, turning on the road? Kid says..."Juanita was working in the yard and she leaned over!"

Reminds me of the time I hauled a 40 John Deere combine for a friend. Route took us right through the RAGBRAI (big bike ride across Iowa). My gosh did we see some nice scenery that trip!!!!!

True, I don't mind most of the various types of humor, comedy, from what some may find very offensive, to the clean fun kind of humor. Both take creativity, but the clean humor, in my opinion may take more effort, to stay within a G rated category. Used to enjoy Benny Hill, Monty Python's flying circus John Cleese, Fawlty Towers, old BBC or PBS broadcasts in the U.S., those were highly imaginative and creative. Red Skelton was another favorite, only got to enjoy his later years. No matter how they do it, I've always felt its something to appreciate, even practice if you can, lightens up the day, gives a person a break from the mundane or otherwise tough existence, day to day things, its good for a person to laugh and smile !

I agree. Used to watch all of those as well. Benny Hill had a unique way of making "you" think what he knew you were already thinking especially with that little grin. I saw one episode on youtube where he was at a bar that had a lamp in the shape of a woman,(minus the clothes) he was acting like he was trying not to look, so he took the shade from the top that was like a grass skirt and put around her waist....then after a pause, and a grin, with that look, took a drink straw and looked underneath it lol. I usually make my own jokes...it lightens the day and its cheaper. ;)

There are several bikes still around my place. Been seriously considering fixing one up to ride. I think there is one "bicycle built for two" here. That's about what I'm gonna need just for myself!

Rode roughly 8,000-10,000 miles/year when I raced a little and did a few overseas tours. Too old for that stuff now, so no more Lyrca, just sweats, shorter rides and a little more than 5,000 miles/year
