IS IH 1066 TO BIG FOR NH 355 GRINDER MIXER

If your working on steep hills it would work fine. Since the weight is al on the grinder wheels. We run an old NH350, with anything from an H to a 1466. Just depends on what is there when we need it.
Yes a 1066 would be a good discing tractor or any field work.

Should be good match. There's a class 6 power line on the 355 so it should stand up to a 1066 OK.

We run anything from my S/MTA on up to the 1066 that is turned up . The S/MTA runs it good ya just don"t feed it as fast , the 1066 does not care how fast ya feed in the corn or what screen is in it.

Agreed. Our grinder got pulled to a lot of places that only a "big" tractor could go. Going through the feed lot to fill feeders in the middle of winter it wasn't uncommon for the ruts to be so deep that tires didn't touch the ground.
