I have this dozer that is basically in good shape but will not turn. Any advice is welcome. I have service manual and parts manual from Jensales. Thanks

Well the first thing you have to find out is the steering clutches stuck or the steering brakes could be worn out. Put and load of dirt in front of the tractor and as you go forward pull the steering lever if it does not turn to that side your steering clutch is stuck. If it turns with a load but not when not loaded your brakes could be out of adjustment or worn out. Most likely steering clutches stuck. That is what usually happens.

also make sure all the linkages are intact, and try to adjust the steering and brake linkages--they operate off the same steering lever
