Struck mini dozer md1600

I have a struck md1600 and I need to replace the sprockets on the chain drive off of the pulleys. The pulleys are not coming off, does anyone have a good way to remove the pulleys without damaging them. There is very little room to work, 3 pulleys on each side.

There is a Struck group on Yahoo with a lot of with a knowledge, plus Struck website. Beware of hard to find little set screws!!!
