1650 gas head bolts ?

As a normal thing, probably not. If they are "stretch" bolts, then they are only good for one time around.
Look at the torque procedure. If it calls for torqueing the bolt, then turning it an additional amount, then it is a stretch bolt, and should be replaced rather than re-used. Generally, with a cast iron block and a cast iron head, regular re-usable bolts would be used. Don't normally get into the exotic stuff until you have aluminum head and iron block.

If that's an oliver I reused mine. You can post your question on the oliver forum, ask for J.W. Schwiebert, he knows olivers! I checked IT manual for head bolts, only found tightening torque's 112 - 117 and oil screw 90-100. Hope this helps. Greg
