Samn,

I was just looking at your Part 2 post... some neat old tractors!

Realized it had somehow posted numerous times - so clicked Return to Forum to count how many times it repeats - was going to give you a prize for the "Most Posting Duplications". But then it was gone - so I assume it had something to do with all the duplicates.

Hope you post them again. Folks would enjoy seeing them, I'm sure.

Yes Sam please post again, very interesting tractors, please hold off on the coffee or tea or whatever had you going this morning. The main thing is not to get excitied.

I spent about 3/4 hour loading those photos and then the topic would not load....next thing it loaded many times. I asked the moderator to sort it out and.... poof ! everything disappeared. I found it again in my computer, but I could not get it to load.....Looks like it is lost until I find time to reload all those pics again....and I don't look forward to that!

I just posted pictures of a baler on tool talk earlier today. When I hit preview your reply, one picture on the post 4 times. I thought , that makes me look like an idiot, just me, not everybody else that does that. So I looked again and under OPTIONAL IMAGE URL, it was in there 4 times, so I figured out what part of the gobbledygook was excess, and removed it. PRESTO, it worked.

All you need to do is switch to Modern forum and edit(delete) the extra pictures. I edit my posts quite frequently.

This one was unusual... it was like Samn's post, replied to itself about 5 or 6 times and each reply contained the same wording and all of the photos. I've never seen it happen that way before.

I saw Samn's duplicate post's. It had some nice photo's. I still think his posts could have been edited if he had switched to Modern view and tried to edit them. I guess we'll never know.

You may very well be correct. I had just never seen a post replicate that way, as if it were replying to itself.

I too, have edited out a duplicate photo using Modern View.

I just searched by your handle and only come up with a Feb. 27 ploughing post.

I don't find either one from the Wales tractor purchasing trip... even though Wales Part 1 is still on the forum.

May be a good thing to ask Chris or Kim on the Comments Forum.
