Anyone going to the Bud Skalla (Iowa)land auction on Feb 15? There is supposed to be some pretty good land available (850 plus acres), and I can't resist asking what you think the price per acre will be.

Probably won't go just a little too far (20 miles) and too high for my liking. I'll give the banker a call and see who bought what and for how much. Land has been bringing $10-12,000 around here this fall and early winter.
