Allis Chalmers G Oil Pressure

I have two 1948 G"s, discovered that one does not have tube going into oil filter. Removed filter from # 2 to get a look at the tube. I discovered that no oil is going through the filter even tho it has good pressure. Can anyone tell me why oil would not be going throug the filter

Likely, there"s a tiny flow restrictor/orifice in the mounting face of the filter mount that is clogged.

Thanks Bob, it appears that I have it solved. Put a little WD40 down the tube that runs up in the filter, turned the engine with starter and it was pumping oil out the tube.
