uh oh, what did i do?

Was looking at stuff on the internet and this popped up on my screen. I clicked non clean computer and the pop-up on the bottom came up. I don't think I want to save it or open it. What do I do?

There it went. When I tried to click on the red X it wouldn't let me off the net. This time it did. DON'T search global warming and start randomly reading articles, trust me. Thanks Allen
 
Hmmmmm. The boss should be home in about 20 mins, maybe this is her deal. I did find an "F-secure 2012" which is probably it but I hate to screw it up worse. Thanks again.
 
If it"s not too late...make sure your Windows user is not an Administrator or even Power User. Normal web browsing you should be at the lowest user privileges so your account is less likely to install stuff.
 
Lot of bad stuff showing up out there. I have been looking for tractor parts online. One tells me they found 373 problem on my computer. I have to go to Task Manager to delete. Ctrl-Alt-delete.
Get out of them FAST.
 
Try do stop that with Task Manager (control-alt-delete). If not, shut down and restart the computer with the power button. Anything on the screen you click will make it worse.
 
We use AVG for our virus control. It seems to catch things that are met for the more used virus programs. Use the alt, delete, and control to shut it down.
 
I had the same thing a couple days ago.Did a "system restore" and got rid of it. Picked a date 3 days before. In fact it has happened several times before.

Do a Ctrl-Alt-Del and end Internet Explorer and any other tasks that are running. That will stop it from loading.
