I usually have pretty good success getting rid of stuff with a "free" sign out by the road. I tried it again this afternoon but no takers so far!

I've heard of people putting stuff by the curb with a "free" sign and no takers. So they put a price on it and someone "steals" it. You need to price your product.

I'm sure they would take it on the west coast if you deliver....

What's up? A few months ago ya'll back there was complainin' about the drought; and now that ya has tons of POWDERED WATER, ya'll is still complainin'.

I noticed some of the snow piles that were left from earlier plowing got hit and busted with the latest plowing. The busted piles broke up in big jagged pieces shaped like white rocks. Was thinking we ought to sell them for landscaping.

A buddy of ours did a remodel on his kitchen. He took the old refrigerator ( still in good working order ) and put it out on the curb. Mind you he lives right in the middle of town. He put a sign that said:
Still in good working order, free to good home

It sat there for two weeks, so he took a rattle can out there and scratched of "free to good home" and wrote $50 below it. The next morning when he got up it had been stolen.... :) Bryce

The Weather Channel had a set of pix of California lakes before the drought (google earth) and now. Pretty amazing. the snowpack is just a few inches. There's going to be a world of hurt this year in the "land of fruits and nuts". And we'll be paying increased costs for ANYTHING grown in that State.

Does anybody look at all the weather problems and government foul ups and ask as I do "Is God talking to any of use and are we listening.?" I sure hope so. He is the God of second and third chances. Please listen and respond. Dave
