no till

Been told I have to go to no till this year for tax credits.Have a good John Deere 7000 6 row planter.Can I just get row cleaners for planting beans in corn stalks? Not worrying about planting corn in bean stuble.Thanks

I know in PA there is an income tax credit for buying a no till drill or planter. Buy one, get in the program and after one year you get 50% of the purchase price in PA income tax credits. Thats one of the reasons these guys can afford to buy these new planters and drills. The neighbor just did if for a couple year old Kinze no till 6 row planter. He was telling me about it and I said "You dont really do much no till" he said "Doesnt matter, we bought a no till planter, so we get the credit." Gotta love it....
