Farmall H #30 loader

I have a #30 loader on my H and I was wondering if anybody
has a diagram for the hydraulic plumbing or just someone
describe to me what to do to get it to work. No add ons to it
just using the belly pump to raise and lower. Thanks

Does it have a trip bucket or hydraulic tilt bucket?

My H has an IH #33A loader with a hydraulic tilt bucket.

It's set up so the belly pump runs full time and feeds a double control valve. One lever on the valve raises and lowers the loader, the other tilts and untilts the bucket. The lift cylinders are single acting and the bucket cylinder is double acting.

The rod to the belly pump has a lug welded onto it to hold the lever back so the pump runs whenever the clutch is engaged. The pressure line from the pump then feeds the double valve. The valve is attached to the light bar, replacing one of the lights. The rest is plumbing.

The 33 and 33A loaders were popular approximately in the '60's, newer than an H. The plain 33 had a trip bucket and the 33A had a hydraulic bucket.

I could take photos and post them, but it would be Sunday or Monday before I could do it.

It's a trip bucket. I'm just confused on how the hoses go. The loader was off of a M and what I've seen is that I need a hose going from the top of the cylinder back to the reservoir? I'm kinda newer to hydraulics and everything. A picture or diagram would be more helpful

I ran mine with just hoses to the lower ports and breathers on the upper. This limits the lift height but I never needed to lift very high since I had a blade and just used it to plow snow. Basically the other lines and the oil in the upper part of the cylinders are just acting as a reservoir so that you have enough oil to lift higher without running dry. The cylinders do not have to extend very far to raise the loader on the 30 and 31 because of the geometry of the frame.
