Sweating Tires (;))

The post on this subject seems to have disappeared just as I was about to provide some valuable information. If you experience the problem of "sweating tires", either a splash or spray-on Anti-Perspirant will take care of it. Depending on the gender of your tractor:
Male: Something like Right Guard or, if you want to go all-out, you could try Yves saint Laurent Jazz Cologne at about $125 per oz.
Female: Secret Powder Fresh
Gender Neutral: Arrid Extra Dry

Bill, Living in Florida we never had a problem with fluid sweating out of fluid-filled tires. Catch up; Moved to the mountains and bought ba big farm and three tractors. You have this sweating at different times of the year when the tempartures change? Do you spray the rims and side metal with WD spray. I was told the tractors have the salt water fluid and it will , over time, rust out all metal that is unprotected. I thought it funny when one person made a comment and he has never owned a tractor, nor had to deal with up-keep on tractor equipment and keeping your farm equipment ready to work a day in the field clearing brush and be ready for the next day and the next. I have over 600 acres and having a tractor losing fluid in the rear, on a big loader, is a problem.

[b:8cc84094e6]Your glass of iced tea will sweat ...same thing with tractor tires and changing weather[/b:8cc84094e6] ...now a leak with fluid filled tires is a whole different thing and needs the tube repaired, but this is mostly seen around the valve stem.
