The cost of the kit, maybe about $50, plus about 2 hours labor @ $60 to $90 per hour.

I charge $20 labor and what ever parts it takes. Lot of them only need gaskets and needle and seat. I am not a kit man. Most kits have a bunch of useless stuff. Very few , if any, kits have the bushings that some carburetors need. So, real answer, no way to tell what it would cost.

Last time I had a carb rebuilt by a pro (MS for A d-10), it was around $125, but he had a tough time cleaning it up, I found it at junkyard, half submerged, buried in a sandy mud puddle, in a junkyard. Still beats what a diesel carb would have cost, to do, though!

I just paid $140 to rebuild a carb. for an Allis XT 190. This might be a little on the expensive but it runs like a top. The rebuilder even painted the outside of the carb.

(quoted from post at 13:26:26 01/01/14) Depending on how dirty and time it takes to get it cleaned. I usually get 80- 125 parts and labor

When I was still in business, I charged $180 to completely rebuild and paint a Farmall H or M carburetor. I had all the business I wanted.
