Thar is an ad on Louisville,Kantucky craigslist., farm and garden.
It states he has a "RARE" C Allis Chalmers tractor.
It has a front end from a B allis cobbled up on the front, and the person says the tractor is rare.
I guess if he finds a sucker, the old saying is alive and well. "A fool and his money is soon parted."
Some people vill say anything to sell sumthing, maybe he is a used car salesman.
