I lived in Cleveland MS Home of Delta State U. My dad was a professor at the college. My dad was also a preacher so we moved about every 3-6 years so got all over the U.S. when I was younger. Shoot before I was 5 I had lived in 7 towns/cities. When I graduated from high school I joined the navy and by the time I got out of the navy my parents had moved 3 or 4 times so when I got out I just moved to the farm and pretty much been here since

I was born in Meridian, Miss 1956. My parents moved to Montgomery, Al when dad took a promotion with the old GM&O railroad. Grew up there in the midst of all the Civil Rights era and it was a lot of turmoil there back then. We use to go visit my mothers parents in Walnut Grove, Miss. several times a year, lots of aunts/uncles/cousins/outlaws back there...lol I still remember how small that town was, there was an old fashioned 5&10 store and a few small shops with a small bank. You Yanks just remember...The South Will rise Again!...well, maybe not. :?
