I got the tube part of the throttle body done, now onto the manifold adapter and the TPS mounting.

Nissan D-21 PU with Z-2.4 engine with throttle body has a shaft driven resistor that is nicely linear. (and less than 50Bucks). Jim

David: What is the reason your putting so much work/effort into this???

Just playing around to see if you can make it work??? Kind of like lets go see if I can climb that tree when your a kid or are you shooting for some specific gain from this?

You lost me on the tech side of it a while back. LOL

It brings my career which is automation in with my hobby which is farming together.

Doing it for fun, better that hitting the bars.

I ordered one off a Cruze, was right diameter, a 2.4L is probably to big. I have a program for sizing the throttles based on displacement and RPM.

I will do that after I get the homebuilt throttle body done.
