We are supposed to drop below 0F tonight.
the moon is full, and it is only 8F as I post @ 6:30, here in central NY. Snapped this pic about 5:00.
The wood fired boiler is honking and the whole house is at a very comfortable 74 degrees.

Yep, I snapped a shot from the farm at 4:45 or so, another bit of snow for tomarrow too! Not a great pic but the moon looked awsome! We're at 12 right now.

Funny we have a full moon here also and it is noticeably colder tonight. Wonder if it's the same moon? dropped to 34 today and down to near freezing tonight

Can't see the moon, snowing here in South Central Michigan. Had 8" of snow & -7F this morning, cold enough for me. Great fun cutting wood today.

I guess the weather is more tropical where I am in Michigan. I'm 50 miles from the Mac Bridge. Got about 10" last night and it was warmer at 1 below F this morning. Sitting here at 9:30 PM and it's snowing again and an even 0F.

Jay to my east Duansburg, and I both got about 10" of wind swept snow yesterday. I'm sure that your homestead got about the same. Did you find someone to check on things there, while you are in Mi.? Your weather is moving in as I post. down to 5F, and zero wind.
Hope you got the heating system figured out in your parrant's/inlaw's? house that you are tending to.

At 11:00 PM here in Northeastern Pa. it's -4 degrees. Suppose to snow in the early AM. We'll have to see. Winter is not here yet they tell me.

You're lucky to live "down south". (;>)) The temperature at Saranac Lake, NY right now (07:38 EST) is 28 degrees below zero. With no wind. So that's exactly what it feels like. 28 below zero.

Yes, my daughter is presently living nearby and a Sheriff's deputy is now living next-door and using my plow truck for his place. So he's at my place often. Nothing much good to steal there anyway. I removed a lot of stuff and stored "off site."
