40 to life, that's what the wife told me today. Yes 40 years ago, she trapped me. Guess she doesn't believe in catch and release.

Congratulations. I keep telling my wife that when the marriage license comes up for renewal that I'm going to think about it awhile. I'm glad she has a sense of humor.
 
Congratulations, On 40 years. My Wife told me when we got married that I owed her 40 years! So far I have provided 9! Still working on the next 31....

A group of us were setting in the church kitchen eating frozen pizza and visiting. The preachers wife said, that since the church doesn t approve of divorce, that she guesses the wimins would just have to murder their husbands. I think I ll just stayed married! Congratulations on 40, we just had our 34th.
 
Congratulations to you & your wife for being sincere about thos vows .I was extremely happy as a married man for 33 yrs .I would've wanted any other woman to share life with . But in 2000 & 3 months after our 33 yr mark , she decided she wasn't happy being married to me , so she packed our van with what she wanted & walked away . One week after I was hog-tied to sign papers , she remarried ab alcoholic & drughead . Being alone sucks . But being single isn't that bad . Hang in & again congrats . God bless, Ken

My wife and I celebrated our 12th anniversary today as well. It was much warmer when we got married in 2001 than it is today.

Think about it. Would you survive if she opened the trap. Would you be able to survive the wild again. Do you know how to hunt food for our self.

America again, were we honey-mooned all those years ago!

Congratulations and best wishes. Merry Christmas, as well. My wife and I have our 50th coming up the 28th of this month.
 
Heard from an old-timer years ago (and used a few times) talking about his longtime wife:

"Yeah, we been married a long time - but we both coulda" done better!" His wife smiled at him and added, "But honey, if"n we had done better, that means those two other folks woulda" probably have done worse for themselves!"

I got either 36 or 37 years tomorrow, can't remember for sure. I guess I better figure it out though. I don't want to give the wrong answer if she asks.

Congrats on your 40 years! My wife has put up with me for 43 years next month. When she describes me now she leaves the space out from "what a trophy" to "what atrophy" LOL
 
Served her right..just hope for your sake she doesn't come crawling back saying that she is sorry and made a terrible mistake.
If they do it once they'll do it twice.
Sounds like she had a "bee in her tree"
Cant deal with mental illness. Youre better off single.
