We have been getting my buddy's shop finished up. We had the lighting designed by the local electrical distributor that I buy a lot of materials from. They kitted up everything and delivered it on a pallet.
The goal was 100 foot candles on the floor.
40' x 60' with 18' sidewalls.
We put 4 rows of 3 fixtures in, with a 10' stick of conduit between each fixture in the row. Each fixture had 6 4' T8 light bulbs in it. This is the first time I have used those fixtures, but was MUCH more impressed with the light than the dual 8' units I used before. I would recommend this.
