Saw this and thought it was funny. The caller ID is what gives me more time to drive my tractors. lol

I bought a pickup from a fella a few weeks ago, and he didn't have the title, but gave me the receipt for the title application and told me that to call him the following week and he'd have the title. Following week I called him from my work cell that is out of Illinois even though I live in Indiana, kept going to his voice mail. After about a week I stopped by his house and knocked on the door, and he gave me the title. I told him that I had left him a couple of voice mails, but he said that he doesn't listen to voice mails. Then he asked me if I was calling him from a 630 area code number and I said yes, then he told me that he never answers those because he has cousins in the 630 area code that only call him when they need money. Hey, I have the pickup and the title.

He walked me out to his barn and showed me his Willys Jeep 4x4 pickup with a .030 over 400 small block stroked down to about 378". Thats a nice, stout little pickup. Good for him.

I don't object to checking caller ID and not answering if you don't know who it is- but if you're going to go that route, you should listen to your messages. And if you call and never get an answer, don't just hang up- Leave a message.

Had someone upset with me because he "called 3 times and you never called back". Asked him why he didn't leave a message, and he said "I don't leave messages." Well, why the he11 not? If you're going to take your name off caller ID and change it to "wireless caller", leave a message, moron.

I don't answer blocked, private, 800 or any such phone calls. I get the same thing," Why didn't you answer my call?" If they want to talk to me, they should let me know who it is, or leave a message, which most don't do. I also will not give out any ones phone number unless I am told it is OK. I don't hold for important messages either.
