For the past week or so, I haven"t been able to see any images in the photo adds. I get the box where the image should be but it is empty. Anyone else having this problem?

Photo ads work fine here. Might be some setting in your antivirus preventing pics from downloading.
If you right-click on the X, there may be drop-down box that lets you select "download images".
Or you may have to look around in your antivirus software to find out where to allow them to download.

I have that happen on occasion. Haven't figured out what does it.
I run Google Chrome with whatever adblocker add-on they use.

My laptop stopped displaying the photos also, but the desktop works fine. I have been wondering about this also. Mark

I'm not positive that this is applicable to the problem you are having with viewing photo ads, BUT if you see a little X in a box instead of a photo - then this might work for you (it works for me in emails where the photo is blocked from downloading).
These two pictures are from an email where the photos we not allowed to display until I RIGHT-CLICKED my mouse on the X and selected "download photos" (I highlighted these in yellow on the second photo).
