my 5088 when i turn and switch in the cab like fan or wiper switch radio goes out, and the switch i turn on does not work either. any ideas? thanks

Check cab relay first. Contacts inside may be able to handle enough current for radio but not enough for fan or wiper so it drops out everything. A simple test light or volt meter on switched side will tell, or a jumper across the terminals.

Sounds like a bad ground.
