Ford 800 3 point wont go up

I recently had to pto shaft out and replaced the seal. I put oil back in and now the 3 point won"t move. Any ideas what might be wrong?

In doing so you may have hit some of the 3 point linkage and knocked it out of place to you can not work the control. By the way you will get more answer is you ask this in the ford forum

You'll have better luck getting an answer going to the ford discussion board. You should have drained both the hydraulic and differential compartments before removing the PTO shaft. If you only drained the differential, then the hydraulic oil drained out into the differential and now you have little or no oil in the hydraulic system for it to work. The PTO shaft passes through the two separate compartments.

The unloader is probably stuck and most of those things are known to do from time to time. If tapping on the front of the lift cover doesn't help you'll probably end up pulling the lift cover and removing the valves from the bottom of it and cleaning them...
