I don't know what is called but I am looking for pto gearbox that I can run off back of tractor and have a shaft come out front,so I can a front facing pto.

On what kind of tractor would you be putting this on?? We need more information..

Typically a set of vee belt pulleys for lighter service, or a set of sprockets and chain to drop the pto down to a belly shaft. Front mounted snow blowers use this.

That would reverse the rotation of the PTO shaft at the front.
Are the blowers set up that way?

I take it that a front mounted blower couldn't be used on the rear and vice-versa, or is there a way to reverse rotation built into the blowers?

It works out. The blower is turned around 180 degrees too.....
