irecently bought a 6640 with tiger boom mower. the main boom will hardly lift. checked pressure comming into boom control ,getting 1000 lb. checked main pump getting 2650lb. getting 1000out of remotes.changed fluid and filters.is the priority valve the likely culprit? tractor also has an aux. hydraulic pump

There's probably some dirt on the seat of the relief valve that's built into the combining/sequencing valve... or mabey a broken spring or some such thing. Remove the priority pack, then carefully remove the valve next to the pilot line... then mark a reference mark on the setscrew in the back of the valve. Remove the setscrew counting the turns as you go... inspect, clean etc and reinstall. It'll probably work.
