After needing a seat for 20 years,'Ole blu' got a new seat installed today. The old one was nothing but springs....The difference is remarkable! The 'new' seat came from a 73 Chevy pickup.Blu is a '68 C50 chevy.Took some modifying, but it now fits like it was made there! My butt is going to be so happy!

Good on you, a person can be big strong muscley and manly, but some parts just got to be soft and comfortable.

like the truck! years ago i was issued a 69 c-50 for a work truck i likes it so well i tried to buy it when i left the company[ company was sold] they wouldnt sell it as it was part of the fleet included in the buy out and the new owner scrapped it because it had a 292 6 cylinder engine ! that was a good engine even if the truck was a little slow, for what i did it didnt mater , wish i could have got it,my old trucks worn the seats out too i got 1 more to go but ive been getting the recover kits from lmc truck they have everything from the springs out and its much better than rags blankets ect that was stuffed in the springs lol

I worked for an old farmer in the 60s just out of HS. He used a cast iron stove grate to cover the hole on the drivers side. Was pretty hard in the summer and d***d cold in the winter!

Yes,it does.It got a 'new' $2500 HEI 350 engine this spring. The old engine was so worn it was 'swapping holes'.Looking foreward to harvest with that new engine...Vrrrooooommmmm!!
