JRecently bought a Paulson loader which came off a jubilee. Bought it to put on my jubilee.Have both an 8n and jubilee. Will the loader
fit on either tractor? Loader >I bought has a hydraulic pump and hydraulic cylinders for the bucket

There are slight dimensional differences in the tractors, but the loader will likely fit both. My uncle's 8N came with a loader that was originally on an 800.

it should 'fit' but the jubilee is around 4 inches longer than the 8n, not sure where the 4 inches is, but i would assume its the engine

The 4 inches longer for the jubilee may mean that the loader will need to be installed on the jubillee. Rear tires on the 8n are wider than the tires on the jubilee. Might have better traction than the jubilee. Makes the 8n like a better tractor for the loader
Rear rim dimension different on the tractors.
out website shows the difference in both tractors

It will only have better traction if the tires are filled. Also take into consideration that the Jubilee has more h.p. (5 more h.p. doesn't sound like much, but that's a 20% increase) and a slower reverse. My uncle's 8N has loaded 13.6x28's and was a real dog with the loader on it...you had to use 1st for just about everything, and reverse is faster than 1st.

Good information. Didn"t realize that the jubilee had a slower reverse. It may be my imagination but I think my 2n with the 3 speed transportation has slower and better gearing than my 8n and jubilee. The 2n has fluid in the rear tires

The Jubilee is a heavier tractor and has almost 10 more HP then the 2N has and about 7 more HP then an 8N has so I would leave it on the Jubilee since it is heavier and higher in HP

Old,
Thank you for the information.I will put the loader on the jubilee. The loader came off a jubilee so it should fit correctly correctly
I have stabilizer bars on the 3 point for the jubilee.Looks like the rear support for the loader uses the fender bolts under the axle. Need to figure out how to attach the bars if they are needed to help support what I use for s counter weight.Have a Ferguson rear blade which may be enough. My use for the loader is mainly lifting things like my landscape rake in and out of my 1/2
ford F 100

Yes the loader bolts to the same place as the fenders do. Fluid in the rear tires also helps I use wiper fluid winter grade in my 841 tires that has a heavy duty loader. I also have a back blade on it with 6-85lbs suit case weights on the blade and a 150lbs wheel weight on the center link area

Old,
Good information.I really like the blade I use on the back of my tractors. As I have two other ford tractors, 2n @8N. thought I would make the jubilee dedicated to loader@backblade

Chris

Ya my 841 Ford is my loader back blade snow plow tractor. I have a 8.5 foot wide V-Plow I use on it to move snow in the winter and also use it to move my big round bales
