Looks good. I didn't take a pic today but I finished filling my wood shed, I got almost 9 cords in it, the last load I was able to dump on the stack right from the loader I was glad it stayed there and dident fall all over. I cut my wood 24 inches long and was tired of stacking it almost 7 feet high. Worked good stacking that last bucket from the tractor thought! Lol

We had about 10 flare box loads cut and split in the other end of the corn crib from last year. All oak. I put plastic pallets down on the cement to keep it off the floor. The crib works good to store it. We just pop a couple boards off and unload and when we are done for the season, just screw the boards back on. We have to haul into town for the shop, so no since in stacking it when we have to handle it again any way.

I finished cutting my house wood a month ago, and filled my new woodshed. It is 24x12' and filled to the rafers, holds just under 17 full cords of wood. ( two year supply for me)
have't burned a drop of oil in my central boiler for 3 years. Been burning the heating oil in my Kubota tractor and trackhoe. But it it is both hunting and wood cutting season. My son informed me that if I went to the woods to cut wood now, and if he was in his tree stand, he would shoot my tires out. Kids;;; these days.LOL

Tom,

I would like to see more pics of your corn crib, looks nice and wide. Do you load it from the top? I need some sort of storage shed and have looked at a few corn cribs. All seem too narrow. Would like to try burning some real dry wood.

It is not real wide, maybe 8 feet. No we just back along side and throw it through where we have removed 3 boards like in the picture. Like I said, I have gotten some heavy plastic pallets that had some damage from work and 2 of them just fit side by side for the width, to keep off the cement.

I stack wood outdoors uncovered. After the sun's been out and the wind blows a day or two after a rain the wood dries and I fill my woodbin and this cart. With those full I have about 3 weeks supply in the dry. I've never had to burn wet wood for years.
