Yes, It took me until I was well into my thirties to realize that living the good life didnt not mean being wealthy in monetary terms, cause I am middle class for sure. I know of 2 guys that have money coming out of their rear ends but their personal lives are a wreck.

You got it right my man, the one thing a man needs is good health , then all the rest just falls in place. After a few years on here it is funny how one get to thinking he knows someone that in fact he has never met. I can just tell from your posting you and I would get along. This is a great country ,with a lot of nice folks. I think the older you get the more you realize this. Have a great day.

I am rich indeed. I can enjoy a perfect day even if I don't have two nickels in my pocket. Money has never meant much to me; it can't buy anything important. Stuff, yes.

I just finished supper and got on here. And you're right. I just came in from hunting- it's opening day for muzzleloader- and I took a three point buck. I also took my youngest G-son with me. We were just quiting and leaving the stand when Eric sighted the buck, out some 200 yards or so. The smokepole reached out and touched him, a perfect heart shot, and he ran about 100 yards before he dropped. It had been raining for about an hour before, and stopped at sundown. The pic of the deer and Eric was dark, but there was a beautiful rainbow that we got to see, Part of a cap for a nice day...

You're right on the mark, Larry. There is nothing better than doing a job you love with someone you love. I sure do enjoy the pictures you post and of course I'm partial to those Pa farm and garden shots.

Unfortunately, few of those with excessive mounts of money are truly "rich", because they are so preoccupied with obtaining more Benjamins that don't have time to "smell the roses".
